How Subscriptions Work
When you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option, you receive recurring shipments based on your chosen frequency. Your card will be billed automatically prior to each dispatch.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You have total control over your recurring orders. You can pause, skip, change delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time, either directly via your online account, or by emailing us at support@takepawwell.com.

Cancellation Deadline
To prevent a cycle from billing and shipping, please complete any cancellations or changes at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Order Dispatches & 60-Day Promise
If a recurring charge processes before you cancel, the shipment will proceed as normal. However, all purchases remain fully backed by our 60-Day Guarantee - if the product isn't right for your dog, simply contact support@takepawwell.com for a full refund.
